Shipping

Orders are packed and shipped with care from North York, Ontario, Canada within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

We offer FREE shipping over $50 within Canada

We’ll send an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns

We want to make sure you love our products. So if something is wrong, we will do all we can to make it right.

 

We have a 14-day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange can’t be offered.  

Due to the nature of the products we sell, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

To return your product, ship your product to: The Forever Group, 150 Saint Regis Crescent South, Toronto ON M3J 1Y8, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

For returns over $75 we recommend you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned items.

Recieivng your refund

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will email you with approval of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, promptly and posted within (10) business days.

Late or missing refunds

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
